• Bookings are considered confirmed only after mutual agreement and receipt of the advance payment, if applicable.

• Event details such as date, time, location, performance duration, and requirements must be shared clearly at the time of booking.

• Any changes to the event details must be communicated in advance and are subject to approval.

3. Payments

• Payment terms, advance amount, and balance payment details will be discussed and agreed upon at the time of booking.

• Final payment must be completed as per the agreed schedule, usually before or immediately after the performance.

• Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of services without any liability to Veenash Entertainment.

4. Cancellation & Refund

• Cancellations must be informed as early as possible.

• Advance payments are generally non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• In case of last-minute cancellation by the client, Veenash Entertainment reserves the right to retain the advance to cover preparation and opportunity loss.

5. Performance Conditions

• Performance timing and duration will be strictly as per the agreed schedule.

• Delays caused due to client arrangements, venue issues, weather conditions, power failure, or government restrictions are not the responsibility of Veenash Entertainment.

• The client is responsible for providing safe and suitable performance space.

6. Media Usage

• Veenash Entertainment reserves the right to capture photos and videos during performances for promotional and marketing purposes unless the client explicitly objects in writing prior to the event.

• All media content belongs to Veenash Entertainment unless stated otherwise.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on veenashentertainment.com, including text, images, videos, logos, and designs, is the intellectual property of Veenash Entertainment. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

8. Website Use
